Après Karting × Domingos Machado
Domingoisms

Others shape drivers.
Who he is
One of the defining figures of Portuguese karting. Uncompromising standards. Relentless discipline. And a deep belief that character comes before lap time.
The base

From his base at Cabo do Mundo, he has guided competitors through national, Iberian and European championships, demanding not only technical precision but mental strength.
Escola de Karting Domingos Machado
The curriculum
His approach goes beyond driving technique. Through the Domingos Machado Karting School he develops drivers of all ages who seek more than speed. They seek structure, mindset and mastery.

The discipline behind the performance starts long before the first lap.
In his own words · three Domingoisms
“Eu já disse que não é assim.”
I already told you that's not the right way.
Said to illustrate his frustration with your lack of skill. Don't worry: everyone hears it at least once, in every training session.

“Tocas ali e é a morte do artista.”
You touch there and it's the death of the artist.
Touch that specific part of the track and you lose precious time.

“Ou travas ou vais com as couves.”
You either brake or you go with the sprouts.
You really must use the brakes. Otherwise you end up in the barrier.
